Thanks for all your help and assistance. We’ve made Ross aware of how happy we are with the work done and with all your guys, particularly your joiner, Pawel. He’s a perfectionist, he’s friendly and he’s a great character to have around! We’re also very pleased with Mariusz, he certainly preps his work better than any other decorator we’ve encountered.

Ross did some structural modification and refurbishment work for me in a first floor flat – he was very helpful in advising me as to what was possible and what was not and displayed a “can do” approach to overcoming the challenges and specific requirements. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, which transformed the living area in the flat, and with the courtesy of the workmen.

We have used Ross on three separate occasions. Recently they solved a damp problem in the bedroom. Made a fabulous transformation by building a fitted wardrobe. Completely redecorating and redoing floor. They also built our kitchen really pleased, added value and no hassle. Once price is agreed. Leave the rest to them. We have no hesitation in recommending his company.

We have been very happy with their work. Firstly, we like dealing with them. They are friendly and helpful. They have taken every request seriously and come up with innovative solutions. Now that they have finished off the house, the end product looks great. I can’t stress enough how nice it is dealing with Ross. It makes such a difference when the person you are dealing with is nice and working with you to find the right solution. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company.

Ross and his team did a nice job. I was particularly impressed with the carpentry work, a good finish with a lot of attention to detail, the carpenter was very willing to discuss exactly what was required.

Quality of the work was excellent. They got on with the job and finished in really good time. Probably the cleanest workmen I’ve ever used. Respectful of my home and did everything to minimise the mess and inconvenience. I would definitely use Ross again. Recommended

Pavel was excellent. He was on time both days and left promptly with no hassle. His quality of work was also very good and he was very accommodating for small changes I wanted made in the carpentry he was doing for me. He also provided good and honest advice where I was unsure of the best option. The priming and painting was also done to a good standard. Would recommend.

Ross and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. They installed a new kitchen, ceiling, laid a new kitchen floor, and installed building in alcove bookshelves. At every stage Ross consulted me on what exactly it was I wanted and when I wasn’t sure he patiently advised me on all my options taking into account my budget and requirements. I wanted to do a lot of the cosmetics myself and he was more than happy to work around that. I have recommended to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you so much again. Ross, Mel and the team did an amazing job fitting our new kitchen. We wanted to open up our existing kitchen/utility room and knock through a wall to the dining room. They were very professional throughout, respected our property and ensured it was kept as clean as it could be given the work being done. The job was also done in the timeframe specified. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work they carried out and Ross has a fantastic team of craftsmen. The end result is outstanding and we would highly recommend them and have done so to everyone! Thank you so much. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Pawel and Ross were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The build quality is very good and they made exactly what we asked for. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after they had finished. The office was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

I had a complete refurbishment of my kitchen, bathroom and w/c (heating, plumbing electrics, decoration – the works) and was a complete novice to the situation. From the get go Ross and Mel were very open, helpful and full of guidance, where others builders had just nodded as I told them what I wanted Ross gave practical, professional advice on the reality of my ideas and discussed ways of keeping costs down without cutting corners. The team were polite and respectful which was important to me as I needed to feel comfortable with the people who were working in my home. They dealt with any surprises or alterations to the plans quickly and efficiently keeping me informed every step of the way. I used some slightly unusual materials in my project and Ross contacted the manufacturers directly to ensure that everything was done in the correct manner to ensure the quality of the finished product and the result was a project finished to excellent standards. I was so happy that I extended the project and had the team refurbish the rest of the flat as well including the living room ceiling which had so many cracks in it that it looked like a huge jigsaw! The result is a gorgeous home that I am happy to call mine with everyone commenting on how lovely it all looks. What was more important though was that the process was made as smooth as possible by Ross, Mel and the team and I would definitely hire them again
